An agent may however share the photo’s provided or the generic pamphlet with any potential buyer but this must be done on a “one to one” basis with their buyer/client and not on a general social media or marketing platform.

a. No, only the mandate holder may liaise directly with the seller.

a. You will need to use the “Request a Viewing/Enquiry” button which is on every property listing in order to book a viewing time. The mandate holder will contact you to confirm the viewing and accompany you to the viewing.

a. No, only offers which are completed on the provided Offer to Purchase will be considered and presented to the Seller.

a. On the property listing you can contact the agent by using the “Request a Viewing/Enquiry” button.

a. You will be notified of your breach and asked to remedy the situation. Should you commit a further breach or not remedy the situation you will be removed from having access to Listings4Agents.co.za.
